Frac Diverting Agent Details or Specifications

Frac Diverting Aents are broadly classed as High Temperature Diverting Agent and Low Temperature Diverting Agent.

DA-355 is a high temperature diverting agent. It is extremely poorly soluble in water below 140 deg F. At formation temperatures above 175 deg F, it will hydrolyze in to water and condensate soluble products.  Typical half life of of this product is 2 weeks at bottom hole conditions. It will bridge perforations and slots as wide as 0.35 inches. Typical usage is between 10 to 20 lbs per perforation. It can be used up to 355 deg F Bottom Hole Temperatures.

DA-LT is a low temperature diverting agent. It is extremely poorly soluble in water below 90 deg F. At formation temperatures between 90 and 175 deg F, DA-LT will slowly dissolve in water and condensate. DA-LT will is offered in a PSD for re-fracs, to bridge perforations and slots as wide as 0.35 inches. It dissolves completely post treatment, leaving no residue behind.
